I know I haven't posted anything in awhile and have never posted any pictures of Joey and I riding. Finally, the wait is over! One of my barn buddies brought a camera with her last Saturday and here are some pictures of me and my little Clydesdale/QH doing our thing. Enjoy!

He's adorable and you two look great together - thanks for the pics!
I have already commented on this but I wanted to thank you for commenting on my gadget post. I have used a martingale before but you can't use it on flat for hunters so I kinda stopped using it. I draw reins are super lose so it only applies the pressure when she is like a dinosaur with her head straight up. I so want a set of side reins, they are on my list. Thanks for the suggestions tho, I love having options. And I still love Joey(:
Adorable! And he must be a big boy to take up all of you leg since you are so tall! Love it and I can't wait to see some of you two gussied up at a hunter pace or show soon.
“Riding a horse is not a gentle hobby, to be picked up and laid down like a game of Solitaire. It is a grand passion. It seizes a person whole and, once it has done so, he will have to accept that his life will be radically changed.”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
"A good horse is worth more than riches." - Spanish Proverb

RIDE FOR HER!
Somewhere behind the rider you've become, The trainers who pushed you, The people who believed in you, The long hours of schooling, The falls you've taken, The ribbons you didn't win, The tears and broken bones, And the horses you've given your heart to, Is the little girl who fell in love with the sport And never looked back. Ride for her!
