Beautiful and something to aspire to. Thanks. I have the feeling Mr. N. spends more than a few minutes a day with his horses.

very cool! i've seen him before and i'm intrigued, but i wish there was more explanation of HOW he does his training, and not just the end result...

I'm with you jme, I searched his site for some insight to his method. There seems to be a book available and unless I read it wrong you can train with him at his riding school. But I think he mandates that you must be willing to leave all your previously learned riding behind and embrace his technique entirely.

I just don't know if I could do that.

Mr. Nevzorov keeps his secrets. I've seen this discussed before and it is all a mystery.

Wish I had a little insight. I have enough trouble getting my horse to cooperate with a bit and saddle...*lol*

Love to watch him with those incredable horses!

Last year, I was trying to build my mares back and neck up with ground work. I had purchased a device called the"Balance system" I really like it alot.
As I was trying to calm my mare down one day, that she was all out of sorts, by having her cirle smaller and then out again and then small..I tried using my right index finger in rythem with a breathy one/two beat and she danced in place. I kept it up that winter and we did all kinds of hand motioned moves! It was cool to be so close to her that she undewrstood and willingly gave me her motion!

PS
you are right about leaving it all behind for his ways..I joined the online forum but decided against scraping it all. We can do so much ourselves I discovered!
